国産ウイスキーの特徴Features of Japanese whisky
日本のウイスキーは、スコッチに似たタイプです。蒸溜所の数は多くありませんが、規模は大きく、各メーカーが多様な原酒を造り、商品の供給まで一貫して行います。国内で飲まれるウイスキーは、国産が80%強、輸入が20%弱です。
Japanese whisky is a style similar to Scotch. There are not many distilleries, but they are large, and each maker produces a variety of base whiskies and handles everything through to supplying the product. Of the whisky consumed in Japan, a little over 80% is domestic and a little under 20% is imported.
